When Alyssa of Parris Chic Boutique and I first met, it was love at first well... shoot. We have done a few projects together such as her home tour and calligraphy classes... as well as most of the images on her website. So when she told me she had a special project in the works for Father's day, I was all ears. Originally, we were just going to shoot a few product shots of her men's line of aprons, bar towels and growler bags - but after brainstorming, we knew it could be so much more.
I love when a clothing line has a story behind it and they are set in a lifestyle scene where you can picture your loved one using the product and thus, the idea for a PCB lookbook was born. With Kristin (styling and florals) and Adam (bowtie connoisseur) of reveriemade added to the mix and a location secured, I knew magic would occur. I was just thrilled and honored to be there to capture it all - almost giddy that this lovely team of creatives knew exactly what I was going for even though we all just met for the first time! Alyssa created the final lookbook and I could not be more impressed with how well she knows her own brand! Below are some of my favorite images along with the final lookbook.
AND the cherry on top is that the coveted Cottage Hill Magazine chose to feature it on their blog! Here is a link to Cottage Magazine's feature for Father's Day that they published today!
